About This Game This is the prologue of Emmerholt - an upcoming open world, magic wielding, story driven, adventure game for the HTC Vive, and Oculus Touch. Currently in development by Oneiric Entertainment! In this prologue follow along the journey of Eli, a young man whom has lived a peaceful life with his friends on a small island off the coast of the mainland. It has the feel of a classic and reminds me a bit of Torin's passage.. As reviewed Q4 2017 it was a terrible experience:[-] Terrible combat.[-] Horrible performance.[-] Bad visuals (pictures look OK but in VR that’s another story.[-] Frustrating teleport (and ugly cursor by the way): not going to complete a full game teleporting the whole time like this.[-] Abysmal voice acting. Ok - maybe not "ABYSMAL" but even if emotions seems to be present it is not credible enough.[-] Game make you face back to the sensors rendering tracking problematic.I STRONGLY suggest that developers either review the mechanics as a whole or consider what they are embarking themselves into before working on a whole project with these basis.. This looks cool. Really wanted to keep playing but man, the movement is not so good, especially on horseback where I was getting quite nauseous. The turning on the horse is especially stomach turning. Unfortunately I didn't get very far because of this.. Awesome! Developers better keep going on this, pretty fun.
